Here's the statement, "nobody in the world gives a (bleep) about you”. And that's a GREAT thing if you wear the right perspective on your mind.
If nobody cares about you, then you become invisible. When you become invisible, you’re given the gift of freedom. What does freedom in invisibility look like? Ask the wind.
The wind flies wherever it wants to go, it travels seeing many things; the wind plays without restraint, it sings shamelessly; the wind refreshes the land of the living – causing everyone & everything to say, "thank you". And the wind does all this, while being invisible.

Be like the wind, & go travel to places; be like the wind, & go out to play; be like the wind, & loudly sing your favorite songs; be like the wind, & find comfort within your true self.
So, accept & be comfortable with who you are. As a result, all things around you will become comfortable with you. Your gift to them.
Give & You Shall Receive

A thirsty person will never turn away a glass of water from your hands; a starving cat will never refuse food from your plate; a depressed person will never turn their back away from your stretched out hands offering a warm hug.
The water you give to others quenches YOUR thirst; the food you give to others satisfies YOUR hunger; the hugs you give to others warms YOUR heart.
When people or things accept from you, you’re reminded that you do have something inside to offer. You do have value. You’re no longer invisible — you’re seen again. But this time around you’re seen in your RELAXED true self.

Trying to live up to the standards & expectations of others for the sake of gaining acceptance or validation from them is CRAZY. There are over seven billion people on the planet. Which means there are over seven billion different standards & expectations on this planet. You really believe it’s realistic that you can succeed at living up to over seven billion different standards & expectations? Sure, there are general standards & expectations shared amongst the world population. However, EVERYBODY is unique in their range of personal quirks, habits, & personalities. Seeking others to see you rather than you seeing yourself is a recipe for disaster. Live up to YOUR OWN standards & expectations.
Don't Try to Be Everything to Everybody,
Just Be You to Everyone
There are four factors that contribute towards the development of feeling depressed, lonely, misunderstood, stagnated, & hopelessness. Let’s deal with solving these issues.
Factor #1 - If Being Lonely Didn’t Work Out for You, then
Try Being Alone
Learn to amuse yourself with other people’s behavior rather than thirst after their attention. What does that mean? As mentioned before, there are over seven billion different quirks, habits, & personalities on this planet. That’s a lot of entertainment, excitement, learning, & discovery for you to experience. Try to view most of your experiences in a positive light. Positive in the sense that experience is food to feed on to help you further grow into a greater you. All experiences whether good or bad are at the minimum a learning experience which is a positive.
Your life’s objective isn’t to be validated & accepted by others. Personal growth is your life’s objective. Life cannot pick off fruit from a tree to eat until it’s fully grown.
Don't Take It Personally

People’s own behavior speaks for & against themselves. Their behavior speaks little to nothing about you. Everyone is responsible for their own personal behavior. If someone acts like an asshole towards you, it’s because he/she chooses to act like an asshole. So don’t get hung up on other people’s hang-ups. It’s their issue to work out — not yours. Now if you provoke (legitimate provocation) someone to negatively respond to you, then you must also take personal responsibility for YOUR behavior.
So in closing, you can’t run away from you. It’s pointless to be miserable with yourself. You’re stuck with you. So learn to like you. And learn to accept you. Learn to validate you. And learn to love you. Do these things, & your thirst for validation & acceptance from others will vanish.
Factor #2 - Embrace Being Misunderstood
It's not them, it's you. You're the problem. Well in THEIR minds you're the problem. How so? They think you're weird, too serious, scary, crazy to believe you can manifest your vision into reality, or you're crazy to believe that anyone else can manifest your vision into reality. But here's THE reality … you can't relate to them.
Visionaries are people who walk through life with their eyes wide open, & highly confident in their ability to manifest their vision into reality. Think of Neo from the movie, “The Matrix”. Visionaries can’t relate to people who sleepwalk through life. From the Matrix movie, think of the people (the sleepwalkers) who went on about their daily lives while plugged into the matrix. Sleepwalkers can’t see you nor your vision because their eyes are closed. You’re most likely a visionary.
People Love to Sleep,
But Fear Waking Up
Get away from the sleepwalkers. And if you’re able, move at least 100 miles or more away from the environment that’s starving you from being fed encouragement & enlightenment. Start new; start fresh; start over. In a new environment – dealing with new people whom your heart isn’t invested into, enables your heart to heal & function again.

Find a community of like-minded people who have the same external interests (recreation) as you. You can almost always mentally connect with people whom you share the same recreational activities. While enjoying your external activities with an individual, find moments to ask him/her a FEW questions on subjects that’s near & dear to your heart. If his/her answers speak to your heart, then ask a few more near & dear questions. When you feel comfortable with that person’s viewpoints, then begin to share a TINY bit more of your thoughts with that person. Maintain the recreational atmosphere. You don’t want to drastically change the recreational energy unless you read in that person’s energy that he/she is all for going with the flow. In that case, share more of yourself — but not too much. Hold back & share a little more of yourself over a period of days & months. Remember, people are reckless with other people’s heart. Cautiously go forward with yours.
Now if the person you’re speaking with doesn’t share what you carry in your heart, but shares in your recreational activities, that’s cool. You just place that person in the recreational box — your playmate. Those who do share what you carry in your heart are your potential soulmates. Place those folks in your soulmate box.
Accept people for where they’re at in life. Have fun with your playmates with the full understanding that your playmates can give you no more than mental & physical play (sex is not necessarily being spoken here). And have fun with your soulmates with the full understanding that your soulmates can give you mental mating. You’ll experience less confusion & disappointment. In addition, you’ll feel more peace in your heart when you place people in the proper box.
Factor #3 - Change the Unchangeable
When you feel stuck in your situation that seemingly will remain the same for the unforeseeable future, do the following four tasks & goals to break the monotony:
#1 Short Term Tasks
- As much as possible, mentally &/or physically remove yourself from negative people who are in your immediate surroundings such as family, friends, co-workers, etc.
- Purchase a day planner to help get your mind organized, & a journal notebook to help dump the weight from your mind onto paper. Purchasing a day planner & journal notebook is cheaper than paying to see a therapist.
- Play uplifting & relaxing music in your immediate space.
- Burn incense or spray essential oils (lavender scent) in your immediate space.
- Clean & organize your immediate space while playing music.
- Develop a garbage management & removal system to maintain a clean & clear area in your immediate space.
- Do your damn laundry! It’s been well over a week — gee golly wiz.
- Drink at minimum four to five tall glasses of CLEAN water per day to flush out toxins from your body. This action will also improve your skin texture & appearance.
- Change your diet that reduces unhealthy fat intake, increases healthy fat intake, & increases muscle mass/weight.
- Exercise to burn fat, increase endurance, & gain muscle size.
- Change your clothing style by wearing brighter colors. Also, change your hairstyle to help further bring out your personality.
#2 Reduce Television Viewing & Increase Outdoor Living
- Develop a tighter relationship with nature by hiking, swimming, biking, running, walking, resting, observing, exploring, & the list goes on.
- Join clubs, gyms, classes (particularly dance classes), organizations, & competitions to expose yourself to new people, environments, & activities.
Accomplishing short-term tasks quickly changes your environment that you previously felt wouldn’t change. When you see change, you feel encouraged to continue going forward.

#3 Short Term Goals
- Become financially literate primarily on money management.
- Balance your budget. ← click link .
- Write down a step-by-step plan on how you’re going to manifest your vision into reality.
- Finish reading a book to maintain brain function & alertness.
#4 Long Term 'Goal'
- Live without lack.
Factor #4 - Hope Is Overrated
Hope is a fleeting entity that survives by feeding on only two characteristics: patience & endurance. Humanity is short on patience & endurance which is why hope is fleeting. Because as soon you lose patience & endurance, hope disappears from your sight.
Substitute Hope for
Inner Resolve
When you feel trapped, see no way out, & can’t find the answer, leaning on hope to resolve those feelings & situations is more likely to fail you than rescue you. Hope is tied to your feelings — meaning patience & endurance lasts as long as you feel like being patient & enduring. When you lean on your feelings to make decisions on whether to go forward, you submit yourself to circumstances. Feelings change with changing circumstances. Inner resolve remains the same regardless of the circumstance.
You will carry a stone cold, “I will not be denied” mentality when you have inner resolve. Hope= feelings, Inner resolve= knowing.

To justify, legitimize, & certify real value into your inner-resolve, you must anchor your inner-resolve to patience & endurance. And you develop patience & endurance by using (exercising) your power of observation which are your sense of sight, sound, smell, taste, & touch. Use these powers to gain bits & pieces of information for you to USE. Bits & pieces pieced together produce opportunities.
There are plenty of true stories of real people escaping from the most insane — seemingly hopeless situations. Not all have escaped. However, not all have been held captive. So, all things are possible when you observe opportunities to devise & execute a plan of escape.
Steps to Escape
- Possess a proactive mindset which gives you a sense of taking back control of your tight situation.
- Fine tune & use your power of observation to gain bits & pieces of information to help you materialize your escape plan.
- Don’t lose heart when you trip & fall numerous times during your efforts to escape. Trips & falls are additional information for you to add & strengthen your escape plan. You fail only when you STOP being proactive. So don’t beat yourself up when you trip & fall; it ain’t over.
Accept that your endeavor will most likely be a long-term project. However, be proactive in using your power of observation to maintain your patience & endurance which enables you to follow through with your escape plan.
